(1) Our primary ambition in collecting your information is to provide you with a great personalized, relevant and user-friendly experience in all your contact with Nepal Everest Base Camp Trekking Company.
(2) For the purpose of providing you with our services, including your flight, holiday or insurance, etc., we may disclose and process your information needed place. In order for you to travel abroad, it may be fixed (as required by government authorities at the point(s) of departure and/or destination) to disclose and process your information for immigration, border control, security and anti-terrorism purposes, or any other purposes which they determine is suitable. These requirements may differ depending on your destination and you are advised to check. Even if not fixed, we may exercise our discretion to assist where is suitable.
Our Terms & Conditions hold legal obligations; we encourage you to read them carefully. They form the basis on which we accept bookings. Unless otherwise stated, purchases made through Nepal Everest base camp Trekking Company theme to these Terms & Conditions; in all booking arrangements, the person making the booking would be deemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking.
No variation to these Terms & Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of Nepal Everest Base Camp Trekking Company.
To secure place, 30% down payment is required to make in advance as for each the company policy. As you know, Nepal is the best destinations for trekking and mostly travelers are always full. Therefore, we highly encourage you to make advance payment for your secured booking.
The payment for the outstanding balance of your holidays is due 8 weeks prior to your departure date. If you choose to settle, your holiday balance by credit card a handling charge of 4% on the outstanding balance is made. There is no handling charge for payment by cheque or bank transfer.
No refund will be made for 30% deposit amount in case of cancellation of trip for any other else reason. Having paid full amount of any trip, you are entitled to incur refund in case if you want to cancel your trip. Still, cancellation charge is invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip. However, you are imposed cancellation charge as advised below :-
9 weeks or more deposit refunded
6-8 weeks before departure 50%
4-6 weeks before departure 75%
1-2 weeks before departure 100%
A tour /trek guide who represents Nepal Everest Base Camp Trekking deserves all authority during your tours. If you commit any dishonest act, you are compelled to leave the tour. The payments will no refund will be made in such case.
You must purchase comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc. This is highly suggested to all our esteemed clients.
All necessary documents must be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits for your trip and all official works etc. We are not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the missing of necessary papers and documents.
Your safety and enjoyment is our most important concern. We therefore carry out our responsibility honestly & sincerely to ensure your holiday trouble–free as well as you have desired. Nevertheless, unless stated otherwise, trip may be change under uncertain and inherent circumstances such as landslides, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents etc. Any extra cost incurring there is your personal responsibility and should be bear on the spot.
The customer specially agrees that we shall not be apprehended responsible for any delays or changes in itineraries caused by their act. Exclusion or other situation on the part of domestic airlines or helicopter companies in Nepal; the trekkers/travelers understand that such situations may occur, and that we will not be able to inform them of each possible problem.
The itinerary, highlights and excursions as set out in the itinerary will be adhered to as far as possible, but these are to be used as a guide only. The company or trek staff may make omissions or alterations to the itinerary, highlights, and excursions as they deem it necessary. Some highlights or excursions may be inaccessible for any number of reasons.
To secure a booking, the Company requires a completed booking form together with a deposit of 30% of the total per person price of the trip or, if there are less than 30 days remaining until the trip is due to commence, the Company requires full payment of the trip. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when the Company has confirmed acceptance by issuing the client with a Trip Confirmation email. It is at this point that a contract between the Company and the Client comes into existence. Before your booking is confirmed and a contract comes into force, the Company reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion. The contract is between the Company and the Client, being the person named on the booking form. The contract, including all matters arising from it, No employee, contractor or sub-contractor of the Company other than a director has the authority to vary or omit any of these terms or promise any discount or refund.
