The trekking was fantastic (I did the one in Poon Hill) and so was the whole staff of Nepal hiking adventure. The landscapes are fantastic, the walks satistying and the mountains indescribable. I have to thank my guide Bishnu very much for being very professional, kind, helpful, friendly and sunny. I always felt safe (as a solo woman traveller) and he always offered to help me with everything even for carry my backpack, it was nice to laugh together. He was a really good photographer. Even in a difficult moment he waited for me patiently and was close to me. I feel like thanking him very much for this and for understanding the situation and waited me in every breaks.
During the tour I was together another group and the other guides were also really good.
Congratulations to this agency, the best. Absolutely to choose if you come to Nepal

What a beautiful trek. Everything the overview promised and more. In the 'additional information' on the company's website they forewarn you that while the tour is categorised as easy, they would put it in the moderate to difficult basket. I would agree. At 57 I'm older than the average trekker, and yes perhaps I was feeling my age a bit. Make sure you're fit.

Guide Bishnu helped me a lot - a brilliant guide. He gave me tips on how to go the distance, how to pace it - going at a slow but steady pace with frequent little breaks. He told me he has done this trek hundreds of times and obviously knows it very well - right down to the fine details, eg. which hotel room to book, so that the client has a view of the mountains. Having done the trek many, many times hasn't dented his enthusiasm for it and for making sure the client is happy. With all the hotel bookings made for me in advance, everything ran like clockwork.

A very professional company with good clear communication and prompt replies to queries. I'll be booking with them for my next trek.

My Friend and I did Everest base camp helicopter tour in first of the October. The owner Bishnu is very professional and responsive through WhatsApp which made booking very easy. The trek is great value for money, and we had excellent support from our guide Ram, and Sherpa Hemanta. Ram in particular made our trip very enjoyable, he went at a comfortable pace suitable for all members of the group, checked in with us all the time to make sure we were feeling well as we ascended and descended, and was really enjoyable company, a fun person to be around. I was planning for my first hiking trip to Nepal and the foremost trip was to visit the Everest Base Camp. A dear colleague of mine referred Nepal Everest base camp team, where Bishnu was to help organise the trip. Not going into too many details, I hired Bishnu and I must say his openness and facilitation took care of everything for me.
Not knowing what to expect when I land in Kathmandu, I was taken care from the moment I exited the arrival terminal. Gore Sherpa was appointed as my guide and personal escort. He from that point on would not let me worry about any thing; dropping me at the hotel and picking up for Lukla flight, which got cancelled due to bad weather and then successfully landing in Lukla the next day, and then the whole trek. Gore was on top of everything, he made sure that I do not have to ask for anything. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner arrangements, room comfortability, having an extra blanket, carrying my stuff himself, everything was managed to perfection. He would match my pace at the trek and not once he had shown any single grin on his face.
I would like to thank and strongly recommend Nepal Everest Base Camp  for a memorable hiking experience to all who are reading this review and also you should insist Gore to be your guide who will not only take care of you but would be a perfect companion in terms of history and conversations about the mountains, peaks and passes in Nepal.

What a pleasurable and exciting experience I had.

It’s my first time in Nepal and it’s being a wonderful experience so far. The poon hill trek is full of diversity between the trek through the jungle, following the river and mountains. I was also able to see different animal, birds and plants during the Ghorepani poon hill trek including Ghandruk village.

Bishnu planed the our trip to poon hill 5 days trekking I am so thankful for that he listed my request and took attentions what I wanted to do and the time that I had. I have a wonderful time my guide Raaz and porter bishal always with a smile, making the rhythm of the walk. He really took a good care of me and that made me feel me very confident all my trip. I truly suggest you ask for him.

I booked poon hill trek for 5 days with Nepal Everest base camp trekking company in August 2024. I had a great trek with Prakash my guide. The views are super fantastic and the accommodations are friendly even when trekking with solo with a guide and porters I feel more safe during this trip. Bishnu and sanjay is very professional with his organization and the trip went without any problems.
